The Villa Campo Verde is available for rental between March and November and outside that period by prior arrangement. In high season the weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. Special Festival events can be facilitated on request.

THE TARIFF

The villa sleeps 18 - 20 people comfortably with plenty of space for extra beds if needed. The options for renting the villa are:

Self Catering
Low Season Euro 6,000 per week (October – May)
High Season Euro 9,000 per week (June – September)

This includes:

1. The accommodation
2. The linen but not swimming towels
3. The use of the swimming pool - serviced on your behalf
4. Parking for 8 – 10 cars inside the gates
5. Local information, maps and guides

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

We live in Spoleto and know the area well so if you require additional services or advice please don’t hesitate to ask. These additional services are available on request:

1. Daily cleaning
2. Meals cooked by local chef in the Villa Campo Verde
3. Restaurant selection and bookings
4. Translation services @ 50E per hour
5. Tour guides for visits to Assisi, Spoleto etc Euro 30 per hour or Euro150 per day
6. Maps and walking routes
7. Festive arrangements for celebrating any occasion
8. PECORINO AND RICOTTA CHEESE MAKING DEMONSTRATION
9. Jewellery viewing
